- What type of accommodation does Pinnacles offer? Pinnacles offers spacious, fully self-contained 1, 2 and 3-bedroom self catering apartments.
- Is Pinnacles Airlie Beach suitable for couples?
- Yes – Pinnacles is especially popular for couples seeking a romantic Whitsundays escape. The elevated ocean views, peaceful setting and infinity pool create a relaxed atmosphere perfect for two.
- Is Pinnacles family-friendly? Absolutely. Families appreciate the spacious apartment layouts, full kitchens and easy access to Airlie Beach attractions. Larger apartments comfortably accommodate families travelling together.
- What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in: From 2:00pm Check-out: By 10:00am After-hours arrivals can be arranged by contacting reception prior to arrival.

- Accommodation & Rooms
- Do all apartments at Pinnacles have sea views?All of our sea views apartments do have panoramic Coral Sea and Whitsunday Islands views. Our garden apartment and partial seaview apartment have interrupted views and the Retreat suite has marina views.
- What is the maximum number the apartments can cater for: Our one bedroom apartments cater for 2 people. Two bedroom apartments cater for up to 4 people and the 3 bedroom apartments cater for up to 6 people. We do not have faciltiies for additional bedding although a baby cot can be added for an additional fee.
- Is the apartment serviced daily?Apartments are not serviced daily. Extra cleaning 和 fresh linen can be arranged for an additional fee (24 hours notice is required) – please contact reception for pricing. All stays include a starter pack of amenities 和 fresh linen, including pool towels. Additional supplies can be purchased from reception or the local supermarket.Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine 和 clothes airer. A communal dryer is available if needed.Guests staying 5 nights or more will receive a mid-stay service.
- Can I order groceries for delivery?Coles & Woolworths unfortunately will not deliver to the apartments. We recommend doing a click 和 collect from Woolworths, 艾尔利 Beach(located 300m from Pinnacles) 和 proceed to your apartment with groceries in a taxi. Yes, our taxi’s do the short trips.

Bookings can be made on the tours page of our website - Is the pool heated? The pool is heated in the winter months to 28-30 degrees celcius.
- Parking & Transport
- Is parking available?Yes – complimentary undercover parking is provided for all guests staying at Pinnacles.
- Do you offer complimentary airport transfers: We don’t offer complimentary airport transfers however once a booking is made, a confirmation email will be sent which outlines information in regards to booking of airport transfers from Whitsunday Coast Airport(PPP).
- I am arriving into Hamilton Island Airport. How do I get to Pinnacles: Cruise Whitsundays operate the ferry service from Hamilton Island Airport (HTIA) to Port of Airlie Marina. You can purchase a ticket on arrival at the airport. We recommend a taxi from the Port of Airlie to Pinnacles. If you have completed an express check-in please hold the taxi and pop into reception to collect keys before continuing to apartments to unload.

- Bookings, Payments & Policies
- Do you require a deposit to secure my booking? All bookings made on our website require a non-refundable $100.00 deposit at the time of booking.
- When do I need to pay the balance of accommodation? Payment of the final balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Something has come up and I need to cancel. How do i cancel my booking? Cancellations of bookings made directly with us need to be made in writing. Please email: pinnacles@vineresorts.com.au. Cancellations of bookings received more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a $100 administration fee or the booking dates can be changed*, please refer to ‘Change of Dates Terms’ on our Terms and Conditions page. Cancellations received within 14 days of your arrival date are non-refundable with no date changes applicable. If your booking was made through an agent or online booking website you will need to contact them directly.

Pinnacles is ideally positioned on an elevated hillside in the heart of Airlie Beach, just a 300m walk to the main street, restaurants, marina and the popular Airlie Beach Lagoon.
Guests enjoy both convenience and sweeping Coral Sea views.
- How far is Pinnacles from the Airlie Beach main street? Pinnacles is approximately a 5 minute walk downhill (300m) to the Airlie Beach main street, restaurants and tour departure points.Please note the return walk is uphill, and guests who choose not to walk use taxis or rideshare.
- How far is Pinnacles from Whitsunday Coast Airport?Pinnacles is approximately 35 minutes’ drive from Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine).Airport shuttle transfers operate for all flight arrivals and departures.
